steve wilkos calling 16 crack addict 'child'

so she's screwing around at14, preg. at 15, lost the kid- thank god and she's sleeping w/ a fellow 24 y/o crack addict- and steve is lambasting the guy saying he's sleeping w/ a child. sorry. 16 is not a child when she's not acting like a child- he's not taking advantage of her. they are of equal emotinal age. and for 99% of world history and in 95% of the world currently, 16 is adult enough marry, join the mil, etc. no one would think twice of charging a 16 y/o who committed a rape w/ rape- not calling the rapist a victim- but the 16 y/o can't 'consent'?
some 15-16 y/o are kids, some aren't. she might be 16? but she's not a victim in that instance- she's responsible, and he's not 'abusing' her- they are both just crack addicts.
shame the eugenics movement in the 30s didn't take off in a sensible way so the both of them could be sterilized.
