18 y/o brains- not fully formed

GMA had a 'shocking' (not) expose on spring break and teen drinking
(previously just 'drinking' before the arbitrary age change)

if they really believe that- about not getting long term consequences - then the 18 y/o 'child' should vote by any means, drive, join the military, or enter into contracts of any kind.
