The Creator has beneficently as wisely permitted amalgamation to a certain extent between the extremes of "humanity," the Caucasian and Negro—otherwise there would be slavery, oppression, brutality, death, but this is limited within fixed boundaries; thus, the Mulatto or Hybrid of the fourth generation, is as sterile is the mule or most animal hybrids are in the first generation. --wonder where the hell he got that?
