idea: leave children behind who are dragging the rest down

no more of this 'no child left behind' crap, no more 'special needs' autism kids mainstreamed who more attention than they are worth. And do folks *really* think these are the people they are going to be working alongside? Do you really think the autistic kid rocking and screaming will be a nurse, an accountant, selling flowers in the flower shop, or even saying "you want fries with that?"?
